Step 1

Arrange your plant in the pot. Your plant should weigh less than 200 grams. Air plants work great, but small potted plants are OK, too.

Step 2

Place the wooden base plate on a level surface, like a desk or a sideboard.

Step 3

Plug the AC adaptor into the wooden base plate.

Step 4

Hold the pot in two hands as you lower it toward the base plate. When the pot is about two centimeters from the base plate, you should feel a force that allows you to carefully release the pot until it levitates above the base plate. You did it!

FAQ

What should I plant in my Air Pot?

Any plant under 200 grams will do! We’re partial to air plants because they’re light and don’t require soil. We love the modern look of Tillandsia Aeranthos, but feel free to go with your favorite.

Help! I’m having trouble setting up my Air Pot.

If you fail to successfully float the pot over the base plate in 20 seconds, don’t sweat it. Just unplug the unit and wait fifteen minutes; then try again.

How should I store my Air Pot?

Store the base plate and pot separately. Store them away from other electronics such as computers and mobile phones, and don’t let your Air Pot come into contact with magnets. Remember to never force the pot and base together.

How do I track my order?

Easy-peezy! We use Amazon to fulfill our orders. You can track your shipment via the Amazon tracking sent to you via email.

What's your return/exchange policy?

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the item in its original condition via Amazon’s return services.

How long can I leave the Air Pot floating?

As long as you want! We do suggest unplugging it and letting it rest a while once a year.

What happens if the power goes out?

The magnetic system will capture the floating pot in case of a power outage, which means the pot will stick to the base and not fall to the ground.
